Product Description

This product is an excellent weather resistant one-component coating. It has fluorocarbon emulsion, color fillers, additives and is prepared for a variety of facades, roof and many kinds of building materials such as PVC pipe, anti-aging decorative protection.

Gloss: 20~80/60 °.

Solid content: ≥ 40%.

Drying time: Surface dry time ≤ 30min

 Drying time ≤ 24h.

 Specific Gravity: 1.1 to 1.4g / L

Theoretical spreading rate: 5 ~ 7 square meters/ kg /way (30um dry film).

Storage: Be stored in 5~35 ° C, cool dry and ventilated place, it is valid for one year.

Packing: 21kg / barrel.

Construction reference:

Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, solid, grease rust and other debris, content of substrate moisture is less than 10%. It is recommended to use flexible putty and to be polished smoothly.

Construction methods: spraying, roller coating, brush or airless spray.

Mixing and dilution: 

Add 0 ~ 10% water for dilution, fully stir well before use.

Conditions of construction: 

Construction temperature 5-35 °C, the relative air humidity is not higher than 85%, The PH (potential of hydrogen) of coating surface is not greater than 10. Avoid construction in the rain.

Cleaning of tools: 

Clean the tools by water immediately after painting.

Avoid of touching eyes. If the coating splash into the eye, wash by water immediately. Good ventilation is needed around the working area. Obey all the safety rules of health and safety.
